Fatie's Footwear ("we", "us") operates fatiesfootwear.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, and how it's used.

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address -- this is used only to process, deliver, and follow up on that order. When you write a product review, we ask for your Order ID and checkout phone number to confirm it's a verified purchase before the review is accepted.

Card and mobile money payments are processed directly by Pesapal, our payment processor -- we never see or store your card number, mobile money PIN, or other payment credentials. Pesapal's own privacy policy governs how they handle that information.

We use your information to fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about it (including over WhatsApp, where available), and to let you look up an order's status on our Track your order page. We don't sell your information to third parties.

We use minimal cookies/local storage to remember your cart contents and light/dark mode preference between visits. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
